This messaging program is operated by WOWAITECH (NextGen Online Inc.). It sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with WOWAITECH through our website at wowaitech.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

• Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent — you will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in.
• We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions.
• We do not send promotional content without your specific consent.
• We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business and your appointment schedule.
• Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. All opt-out requests are processed immediately. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
